When accessing our Website, ÁNMUT Nursing School we will get certain information about you during your visit. How we handle your information gathered from you, we will save your records/data to our database as history to all visitors of our site. 

If you visit our site to read or download information on our pages, we collect and store only the following information about you:

  1. The name of the domain from which you access the Internet
  2. The date and time you access our site
  3. The Internet address of the website you used to link directly to our site.

If you visit our site to subscribe to our weekly newsletter, we collect and store the following information about you:

  1. Email Address
  2. IP Address

If you identify yourself by sending us an e-mail containing personal information, then the information collected will be solely used to respond to your message.

The information collected is for statistical purposes. ÁNMUT Nursing School may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, ÁNMUT Nursing School uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

ÁNMUT Nursing School will not obtain personally-identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us, nor will such information be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of the user at the time of collection.

Cancelation Policy:

Once a student has enrolled in the BNATP, they can cancel at any time for a full refund (minus the enrollment fee) as long as the cancelation occurs by 5pm on the first day of class.

Student’s Right To Cancel

The student has the right to cancel the initial enrollment agreement until 5pm of the 1st day of class after the student has been admitted. If the right to cancel is not given to any prospective student at the time the agreement is signed, then the student has the right to cancel the agreement at any time and receive a refund on all monies paid to date within 14 days of cancellation. Cancellation should be submitted to the authorized official of the school in writing.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

The following policy refers to when a student’s enrollment is terminated or should the students decide to withdraw. If a student decides they do no longer wish to proceed with the Nurse Aide Training Program prior to the first day of class, they may with draw with no penalties and all tuition monies refunded. Application fee of $100 is non-refundable. The student must withdraw formally via a withdraw request form given to the administrator or program coordinator and it must occur prior to the first day of class and NOT the same day as the first day of class.
